As a veteran sales professional, I was only as good as my last sale and customer win! My philosophy has always been rooted in customer success as its critical to have testimonials and referrals when pitching and presenting why we are different and the best partner, vendor of choice. For this reason, I take great pride in having a number of folks that will affirm how hard I work for them, and will work for you!
Small companies need the love to and often don't have the financial resources and/or bandwidth to get their awesome ideas, services, and solutions off the ground. For this reason, I started Go Plan B in 2006 after returning from a trip around the world and not having a job to return to, but many contacts and business associates that needed assistance. Many needed marketing, sales, business development. Others needed a CTO, CFO, or re-seller channel abroad. And a few just needed legal advice and operational support. While I am confident I can pick things up quickly, the goal was to leverage those individuals that already posses the skill set, knowledge and expertise necessary and build a remote, virtual A list of partners to help get my customers to the next level, enabled, and ready to win!
While customer service should be always be the priority, its important that customers take accountability as well. Please only reach out if you are the type of person that is ready to be transparent, communicate, collaborate, and kind - considerate and willing to view us as an extension to your staff, team, company... we want to win and be successful and must be a team !
